Refund and Returns Policy

At Be Topix, we are dedicated to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund and returns policy.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: You may return items within 7 of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:
    • Items marked as final sale.
    • Gift cards.
    • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Hotline with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send back the item(s).
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2. Refunds

  • Processing Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some situations, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, or items that are returned more than 7 after delivery).
  • Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Exchanges

  • Eligibility for Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at hotline service. If the item is no longer available, we may offer an alternative or a refund.
  • Exchange Process: Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item and how the exchange will be processed.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. Include your order number and a description or photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Refund Status: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
